How do I sign up for the 10 Week Challenge?
  • Download the Mind Body app or using the Class Schedule at Class Schedule - FREEMAN PILATES
 
  • Choose a time that you can commit to for 10 weeks
 
  • Book the class… from there you will purchase the 10 Session Challenge
 
  • That's it! From there we will sign you up for the remaining weeks and that will reserve your time and day

But what if I don't want to come into the studio?
  • Don't worry! We offer virtual class options also. You would select one of the virtual class options and will automatically be enrolled in that class for the 10 weeks.
 
  • You will receive an invite for a virtual class via email (Zoom)
 
  • If you sign up for a virtual class you will be locked into a virtual class the whole 10 weeks

Things to remember
  • If you can't make it into a class or miss a virtual class, there will NO make up classes. Instead we offer a pre-recorded workout library that will be available 24/7 during the 10 weeks. 
 
  • The pre-recorded workouts will offer 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, & 60 minute mat classes that you can do from home. There will be workouts of different lengths and time frames but also different topics or issues we hear clients want to focus on regularly in the studio. 
 
  • This challenge is for EVERYONE! New to Pilates, looking to get consistency in your schedule, want to improve your golf game, stress management, back and neck pain from sitting all day or even if you've been doing Pilates for a while and just want to change it up a little.
 
  • We will also be selling Pilates Props (stability balls, rings, foam rollers, hand weights, and small stability balls) to add to your home workouts if you choose.
