Studio Cancellation and Refund Policies
Please note that during this time of COVID we will do our best to accommodate the daily changes that are taking place for all of us - both instructors and clients. As instructors, we love what we do and are passionate about working in the studio. However, both client and instructor health and safety are our top priority, now and always. If any cancellation needs to be made on the part of the studio or instructor, we will do our best to notify those affected as soon and as effectively as possible and will ensure all session/class credits are honored and refunds are issued if preferred.
As the health and safety of each client is of the highest importance to us, we also request you respect the health and safety of our staff as well. If you do not feel well or have been in close contact with an individual who does not feel well or has been tested for COVID, please follow the recommended COVID guidelines for social distancing, testing, and/or quarantine. If a last minute cancellation needs to be made to follow these guidelines, we are happy to work with you on rescheduling and/or refunding as needed.

- Cancellation of class or session:
- More than 24 hours in advance: no charge and session may remain on account
- Within 24 hours but studio receives notification by phone call or email of your cancellation: no charge and session may remain on your account
- No Show Policy:
- If you purchase a class or session and do not attend without notification to the studio, you will be charged the full amount of that session
