​​A Private Group Class is a great way to experience a group class with your friends, family, coworkers, or whoever you might like to try a Pilates session with!

The session will be booked by one individual, then cost will be divided between total participants using the method of your choice.

Options available at the PAUSE Studio in Tower grove:

• 7 Reformer/Tower Combination pieces

• 10 Chairs

• 9 Spine Correctors

• 7 Raised mats (off the floor)

• Mat Pilates focused class available for up to 16

Options available at STUDIO II in Central West End:

• 4 Reformers

• 4 Cadillacs

• 8 Spine Correctors

• 6 Chairs

• Mat Pilates focused class for up to 8 on raised mats

Please submit your date and time request and you will receive a confirmation if that time is available. If the studio is unavailable for your initial request, we will work with you directly to set a date and time that works for your group! We are also happy to work with you on a unique group event if you are looking for a combination of equipment used during the class or a specific exercise or theme.
