MELT

Melt is a 50 minute class that focuses on the release technique to remove stuck stress out of your connective tissue and relax you into a more ideal body alignment. We will achieve this by using soft small balls on our hands and feet. We will also use the foam roller along the thighs, spine, and base of the skull. Reducing stuck stress will help you get a more pain free lifestyle.

Open Level Equipment Class

A Pilates Equipment class open to all levels of students. The main equipment theme will change weekly, but all pieces of equipment will be utilized throughout the month: Reformer, Chair, Tower, Mat, Barrels, and Jumpboard/Springboard.

Reformer/Mat

A combo workout! This class works on the reformer in the first half of the class to get those muscles firing so they're ready to work on their own on the mat. We will utilize Flexbands, Toning Balls, Stability Balls, hand weights, the Fitness Circle, and the foam rollers to both assist our movement and challenge us further. Open and accessible for all levels of experience.

Reformer/Jumpboard

A 50 minute class utilizing the Pilates Reformer and Jumpboard and/or Springboard. This essential/intermediate class flows between traditional Reformer exercises and the Jumpboard, so a basic knowledge of the Pilates equipment and exercises is encouraged.

Spine Corrector

A 50 minute class utilizing the Pilates Spine Corrector, one of the accessory barrel pieces Joseph Pilates created to improve and strengthen spinal mobility. The unique mix of support from the barrel and challenge from the exercises leaves you feeling aligned, balanced, and stronger in your body. Definitely a client favorite!

**Please note this class will involve spinal articulation. All are welcome, but if you have been advised by a physician to limit certain spinal movements, please consult with the studio first before signing up to ensure this class is right for you or if modifications will be needed for certain exercises.**

Tower Class

A 50 minute Pilates equipment class utilizing the Pilates Tower.

*For those who regularly attend Reformer classes, this is a great way to challenge your Pilates skills using the springs in different ways.*

*For beginner students, the Tower can be a great way to learn many of the Mat principles and start to get comfortable with the Pilates springs! This class includes use of the Roll Down Bar, Push Through Bar, Leg Springs, Arm Springs, Mat exercises, and small props.*

Yoga Sculpt

Develop your movement vocabulary, inner/outer strength, and mind-body awareness throughout low-impact movement. Class concludes with a gentle, nourishing breath technique to leave you feeling spacious, mentally and physically for the rest of your day.
