Session Description

A 50 minute Pilates equipment class utilizing the Pilates Tower. For those who regularly attend Reformer classes, this is a great way to challenge your Pilates skills using the springs in different ways. For beginner students, the Tower can be a great way to learn many of the Mat principles and start to get comfortable with the Pilates springs! This class includes use of the Roll Down Bar, Push Through Bar, Leg Springs, Arm Springs, Mat exercises, and small props.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation of a class can be made up to 24 hours before the class start time. Rescheduling of a class can be made up to 6 hours before the class start time for those purchasing a single session. Rescheduling is unavailable at this time for sessions scheduled through a pricing plan. Any cancelation or rescheduling outside of these time frames will result in the loss of that class, no refund will be available.
