The Spine Corrector ... intimidating name, but always an immediate favorite of all clients.
The Ladder Barrel and Arc Barrels offer the same 'rounded support' shape but of different sizes.
Cadillac (Trapeze Table)

Some see the Cadillac as the idea that started it all for Joseph Pilates. While it looks complex, it truly holds a rehabilitative a supportive foundation. The frame also allows for more advanced inversion work with a comprehensive practice.
The 'Breathing' exercise on this piece is considered the "magic exercise" to Emily Freeman as it always provides a full-body reset to each client.
JumpBoard + CardioTramp

Rehabilitation meets cardio meets the fastest class on our schedule. JumpBoard classes give all the benefits of plyometrics with less stress on the joints. This class comes with a lot of fun and creative variations and in most instructor's opinions always flies by.
