Website: Select the "Loyalty" page on the website to sign up and become a member.
App: On the Fit by Wix app scroll across the tabs at the top to select the "Loyalty" tab
At this time, you must log into your account on a browser page to access your points. (They hope to make this available on the studio app in the future.)
Once you're logged into your account, choose the "My Rewards" page to see your points total.
You will be able to view your points, see which are available to use, and apply points through a coupon code at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points, a coupon code will be available to copy and paste to use at checkout. If you do not have enough points for a coupon/discount code, there will not be a "get coupon" button visible.
On the checkout screen you will apply the coupon in the "discount code/coupon" section.
At this time we are not able to extend loyalty points or adjust the total after expiration. Points must be used before their expiration date.
You may use your points to make a purchase and book a session or class past the expiration date, but you must use the points within their time frame.
Points can not be returned to an account once they have expired.
If you do not see an available coupon code or a "get a coupon" button visible, it means you have not yet accumulated enough points for an available coupon to apply at checkout.
Available coupons and discounts to use at checkout will have a code available to copy and paste on the checkout screen.
