While the Pilates principles are consistent for Mat and Equipment practices, we respectfully request an Introductory Private Session to learn the safety and proper use of the equipment before signing up for a class. This is not only out of respect for those who have already learned the safety and use of equipment, but also so you can have a more effective class experience yourself, so you feel more prepared.
