Website: Select the "Loyalty" page on the website to sign up and become a member.
App: On the Fit by Wix app scroll across the tabs at the top to select the "Loyalty" tab
At this time, Loyalty Program points may be redeemed at the checkout screen on a browser page (not available at this time at checkout on the app).
You will be given an option to redeem your chosen number of points at checkout - you are able to choose the amount of points you would like to apply (no coupon code needed).
You may view your total points on your Loyalty Program page on the site or app.
Note: Currently points may be used for individual service purchases from the "SERVICES" tab on the app or on this page on the website: https://www.freemanpilates.com/book-online
Points are not able to be applied to PRICING PLAN options (class cards, memberships, packages, discounted sessions)
At this time we are not able to extend loyalty points or adjust the total after expiration. Points must be used before their expiration date.
You may use your points to make a purchase and book a session or class past the expiration date, but you must use the points within their time frame.
Points can not be returned to an account once they have expired.
At this time applying loyalty points to a purchase can only be made on full-priced items listed on the SERVICES or RETAIL pages.
At this time you are able to apply loyalty points to your checkout throughout the website on a browser page. It is currently unavailable to apply points at checkout on the studio app.
