  • Why do I need an Introductory Private Session?

    • This session allows for you to be introduced to the equipment, learn how the use and change the springs, learn how to safely use the equipment, and allow for any modifications you may need before entering classes.

  • I've done Mat Pilates before but have never worked on the Pilates equipment. Where do I start?

    • While the Pilates principles are consistent for Mat and Equipment practices, we respectfully request an Introductory Private Session to learn the safety and proper use of the equipment before signing up for a class.
