As the clay dries, experience a movement class on the Pilates Spine Corrector led by Emily Freeman.

We will create space to reflect on and discuss the parallels between working with clay and moving the body. 

Snacks provided by the hosts.

Mats are provided, but bring your own if you like!

Outdoor space will be utilized - weather permiting.
