About the event
Emily Freeman is honored to bring Brittany Bagy to the studio to present an introduction to the world and ideas of somatic therapy techniques - specifically Brainspotting. Somatic therapy techniques may be a helpful missing tool for individuals in their journey to health and wellness as it helps make sense of why our body may stay in certain patterns. In relation to the pelvic floor, somatic therapy techniques like Brainspotting may help fill in the missing pieces as to why certain areas of the body may feel "stuck" or may still be difficult to connect with.
