Session Description
Step up your practice by evolving the fundamental exercises to your routine. We will build on the foundations by introducing more challenging movements and quicker transitions between exercises. This class is designed for those who are comfortable with the basics and ready for more physical effort and appropriate progressions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation of a class can be made up to 12 hours before the class start time. A class or session canceled outside of the 12 hour window will be credited back to a pricing plan. A single session or class cancelation will result in a loss of that session as you are canceling your booking. Rescheduling of a class can be made up to 12 hours before the class start time for those purchasing a single session through your account on the website portal. Any cancelation or rescheduling outside of these time frames will result in the loss of that class, no refund will be available.
